In most of the RTL Group companies, HR tools are put in place to encourage a continuous and personal dialogue between the managers and their subordinates: annual appraisals are conducted to discuss the achievements of the previous year and to define targets and tasks for the coming year. Together the managers and their collaborators agree upon the trainings, which will help supporting the realization of those goals. These appraisal meetings are also the platforms where salary reviews take place.
