"Who said that to enjoy your job and have fun at work you have to change it often? The solution can be to work in a structure that evolves and to seek out new challenges inside that structure. That’s exactly my case. The French-language Belgian media market has been undergoing permanent mutation for 15 years. The advertising world, which has developed around it, has also changed fundamentally. That’s the reason why after 20 years at IP, first in the marketing department and then in TV, the attractiveness of my job has remained intact to me. Today, I am coordinating the national TV business, which represents 85% of our activity in television. We market the leading broadcasters RTL TVi & Club RTL and, since last year, the newly born Plug TV. My education in marketing is very useful to me in the performance of these technical and sales functions, which combine the management of a portfolio of clients with the continuous research for new marketing tools." |
