The study course ‘Medien- und Kommunikationswirtschaft / Verlage-Rundfunk-Werbung’ lasts six semesters, each semester divided into a theoretical part at the university and a practical part at the company. The theoretical parts at the university are always followed by exams and an according practical thesis.

To finalize the studies and to become ‘Diplom-Betriebswirt/-in (BA)’ the students have to write one scientific thesis and one practical oriented term paper and they have to pass the finale exams. The achieved degree is equal to the licensed degree you can achieve at a state-run university of applied sciences.
