Working in a team of young but experienced colleagues, Super RTL’s trainees learn about the commercial activities of the media business in the field of kids entertainment. Besides the support of the colleagues in the different divisions each trainee has his/her personal tutor who helps whenever necessary.

In addition to the practical work in the company the trainees attend the theoretical part at a vocational school, which is the basis for the final exam they have to pass after 2.5 to 3 years. After successfully passing the exam in front of the German ‘Chamber of Commerce’, the trainees hold the state-approved degree ‘Medienkaufmann/ -frau’.
