| Starting at a new company is always a risk and a great challenge at the same time. It means meeting lots of new people, experiencing new locations and also getting to know the company organization in detail.
 New managers joining RTL Group can be sure to receive a warm welcome. We want them to feel of the organization from the first moment and we therefore organize a unique event dedicated to them: the Welcome Day.
About three times a year managers are invited to the Headquarters in Luxembourg to learn about the strategy and diversity of the Group. There they experience RTL Group by meeting different Senior Managers and talking to colleagues coming from other subsidiaries in a friendly and casual atmosphere.
The new employees get the chance to socialize with colleagues either from foreign countries or just from the office next door and who knows if it’s not these contacts, that will help them later on in their career at RTL Group! |
