It is after an internship as an analyst/programmer that I joined the very young "Broadcast IT" team of RTL Belgium. 7 years later I still work there….The missions of the department are varied and fascinating, from the development of applications to the architecture of workflows to the integration of products.
  
The objectives include optimizing the various production streams, keeping up with state-of-the-art technology and making possible the impossible in fields such as "new media" or "broadcasting automation",  to mention only these two.
  
But it is above all thanks to the involvement of all the professions across television production, the transversality of the technical services and a common desire to meet challenges that our department, and more generally, RTL House, is able to realize the ambitious projects which are entrusted to it.
   
More personally, I would say that the most fascinating thing in my job is being able to say that every day I learn something new, that every day, I contribute my share to a common project and that I am part of a dynamic, well-welded and unique team … I would readily sign for another term of 7 years.
