Jacques Santer’s appointment as Chairman of the Board of CLT-UFA renewed
Luxembourg, 16 May 2007 - The Board of Directors of CLT-UFA, a subsidiary of RTL Group, today announces that it has renewed Jacques Santer’s appointment as Chairman of the Board of CLT-UFA for another one-year period.
Jacques Santer, former Prime Minister of the Luxembourg Government (1984-1995) and President of the European Commission (1995-1999), has been a member of the Board of Directors of CLT-UFA since 2004 and its chairman since May 2004. He has also been an independent, non-executive member of the RTL Group Board of Directors since December 2004.
